Notes:
Training Flight from Pratt AAF, Pratt, Kansas. Crashed and burned October 8, 1944 near the Texas refinery, 5 miles from the heart of Dallas.
Newspaper "Dallas Morning News" reported that there were 15 crew members on the plane when it crashed. The Accident Report listed only 13 persons. The 2 persons not listed on the crash report are: TSgt Herbert Lingafelt from Confield, OH and Sgt Benjamin P. Calhoun from Palaika, FL.
